1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided through the 211phcash platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as the 211phcash Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing and using the 211phcash Platform. 211phcash reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Age Verification

The 211phcash Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR and Philippine law requirements applicable to gambling activities;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing a bet or participating in any game;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 211phcash or any Philippine gaming regulatory authority;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party;
• You have not previously had a 211phcash account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

211phcash reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by 211phcash may result in account restrictions or closure.

3Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on 211phcash, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current;
• Register only one (1) account per person, per mobile number, per household address, and per device;
• Keep your password confidential and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account;
• Notify 211phcash immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

211phcash is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your 211phcash account.

4Deposits & Payments

211phcash accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 211phcash's discretion.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Cashier page and may vary by payment method;
• 211phcash does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, cash, or any payment method not listed in the approved payment channels;
• Deposits are generally credited to your 211phcash wallet immediately for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya). Bank transfer timelines depend on the financial institution and may take up to one (1) business day;
• If a deposit is credited in error, 211phcash reserves the right to reverse the transaction and recover the funds from the Player's account balance.

5Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds (net of any applicable wagering requirements) at any time through the 211phcash Cashier. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where 211phcash approves an alternative channel in writing;
• Identity verification (KYC) must be satisfactorily completed before withdrawal of amounts above the threshold specified on the Cashier page;
• Processing times are approximately five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals and up to one (1) business day for bank transfers, subject to payment provider processing times;
• 211phcash reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of fraud or security checks, or where a regulatory obligation requires it;
• Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or e-wallet provider in connection with receiving a withdrawal.

6Bonuses & Promotions

211phcash offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have met the applicable eligibility criteria stated in the promotion details;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific bonus terms;
• 211phcash reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice;
• Only one bonus may be active per Player at a time, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of promotion terms will be cancelled, and the Player's account may be suspended;
• Maximum cashout limits may apply to winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonuses, as stated in the specific promotion terms.

7Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, sports betting markets, bingo, sabong, and other games available on 211phcash are governed by the specific game rules displayed within each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.

All random-number-generator (RNG) based games on 211phcash use certified RNG technology to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and independent. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot and RNG table games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment in professionally operated studios.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in 211phcash's servers shall be the authoritative record. Technical malfunctions void all plays and bets associated with the affected game session.

8Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting software errors or bugs — any such exploit must be reported to 211phcash immediately; winnings derived from known bugs may be voided;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses 211phcash staff or other Players.

9Account Suspension & Closure

211phcash reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to pass identity or age verification;
• Suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct;
• A request from the Player for voluntary self-exclusion;
• A direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in 211phcash's dormant account policy.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their registered Philippine payment method, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification.

10Responsible Gaming

211phcash is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide Players with the following tools, accessible from within their 211phcash account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending;
• Loss Limits — Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period;

11Intellectual Property

All content on the 211phcash Platform, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, and audio-visual content, is the property of 211phcash or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 211phcash content without prior written authorization from 211phcash.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 211phcash shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages (including payment providers such as GCash or Maya), or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your 211phcash account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 211phcash's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13Amendments to These Terms

211phcash may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Where the amendments are material, 211phcash will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered email or mobile number. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 211phcash Platform.

Where applicable, disputes may also be referred to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations.
